Обязанности:
• Control over the working status and effectiveness of IT Security soft- and hardware. Managing Antivirus (KES). DLP administration (InfoWatch).
• Coordination of IT Security in CIS subsidiaries: regular check lists, quarterly network scanning, reveal vulnerabilities, control over fixing, security self-audit in regional offices
• Employee awareness: Spam E-mail drill, Antivirus notifications, Clean desk inspections, regular guides and notifications
• Investigation of malware infection issues, other information security incidents: response, collection of evidences, investigation, reporting and fixing
• Control over compliance of existing measures for personal data and confidential information safety with applicable laws, corporate policies. Control over effectiveness of such measures. Analyzing of security threats, manage companys threat model(s), define threat response measures.
Дополнительные задачи:
• Support of internal requests on data protection, corporate security policies and guidelines.
• HDD management policy: ensure data deletion, collection of HDD of retired employees, retain required data
• Internal consulting on security of server infra, cloud infra, GenAI use
• Corporate and local account management
Требования к опыту:
• Higher education on IT Security or re-qualification certificate
• Professional courses on data protection authorized by the Regulator (FSTEC)
• Experience in IT Security not less than 2-3 years
• Confident knowledge of IT Security and Personal data legal regulations
• Experience with KES, Windows OS and AD, InfoWatch Traffic Monitor
• Basic knowledge and skills in Linux administration, cloud administration (e.g. Yandex.Cloud), PowerShell/bash scripting, Python, LLMGenAI and related technologies are very valuable
• Written communication skills in English
• Ready for business trip
