
Business Operational Manager
We are looking for a senior manager to lead and coordinate all business operations of the company, spanning engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer success. This role is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on aligning all core functions to support growth and market readiness.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex sales cycles and operations in fields such as agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, industrial automation, or similar sectors that require technical insight and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company-wide operations, including engineering project management, production, marketing, and sales.
- Manage and support the Project Manager responsible for product development and manufacturing operations.
- Lead go-to-market efforts: generate and manage customer leads, initiate partnerships, and gather market insights from field demos and trials.
- Negotiate sales and distribution agreements with dealers and strategic partners.
- Define service, warranty, and post-sale support strategies.
- Ensure compliance and certification processes for product commercialization.
- Act as a central figure in aligning cross-departmental efforts and executing the company’s business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in senior management roles in industries such as agricultural machinery, heavy-duty tools, automation, or related sectors.
- Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and operational leadership.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute complex projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding sufficient to manage engineering-related processes and communicate with technical teams.
