Revenue Growth Manager

Lead and execute Pricing strategy at SKU/ Customer level:
- Analyse both Bacardi and Competition historical shelf prices at Brand/SKU/Customer level;
- Run Pricing strategy locally IAW Markets realities but taking into accounts Global Pricing Strategy (Together with
Marketing Department);
• Innovation Finance Role. Financial Model of new brand launches (SOB % NSV, NSV/GP total/per css);
• Operational Model Financial effectiveness (e.g. NSV GP evolution per css by Brand, category, store format, etc.).
• Long-term Value Generation via building and execution of Brand, Commercial / RTM and Supply Chain strategies (e.g.
NSV/GP total/per css; EFO) for the next 10 years
• Customer Insight Data management to enable organization to generate relevant insights for long term financial decision
making: Retail Audit, Ad Hoc research
• Price elasticity research(es)
• Define Price Positioning versus Competition for Bacardi Portfolio, including Value Added Packs (VAP). Product
profitability analysis is mand

• Higher education
• 3+ years experience
• Understanding of client and channel dynamics of sales development
• Knowledge of strategic management techniques in international FMCG companies
• Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management
• Identifying and predicting possible problems, formulating correct conclusions about the problem, and developing tactical
steps/strategies based on effective assessment and interpretation of information
• Fluent English
