Group Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage brands portfolio;
• Develop a long term vision of category strategy in terms of category portfolio architecture, brand innovation, price positioning;
• Create annual and 3-5 years category plans to win the share and find incremental category opportunities;
• P&L management;
• Product & packaging development;
• Find best solutions to increase Brand Awareness/PI/shopper understanding within package & 360 communication;
• Brand ATL campaigns - localization, local development, media tracking and research management to drive the Brand;
• Brand owner activities (Communication strategy, PR-events, etc);
• JVC programs with Key clients with celebrities;
• Drive Channel strategy & Channel activation: promo lots by channels, discounts in promo period per clines, revenue management per promo priority period;
• Development of competitive promo activations and offers to drive incremental sales;
• Agencies coordination, ensure smooth working relations with ATL/BTL agencies;
• Initiate/ run insight tests of ne launch products;
• Work closely with all departments involved in new product/ pack development to ensure smooth communication & effective launch;
• Work closely with business/Product/Commercial Team/ Logistic department and brand team to ensure effective development of new Promo and Sales tools and programs;
• Track business environment, competitor activities, brand equity;
• Monitor and analyze sales volume, MS trends, brand equity and competitive activity;
• Brand team management.
