Treasury Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the organization, governance and processes are enforced:
- Provide the best performing cash, liquidity and debt management to the CBU ( RU & KZ )
- Monitor and control the financial risks defined
- Be accountable for treasury KPIs and performance dashboards for all countries and prepare action plans
- Lead the F&T 4-5 team members, developing strong competencies to ensure excellence in execution and service level.
- Ensure that the tasks are performed on a timely manner, be in charge of HR aspects for the team, alert Local R2R Lead/DBS Lead if required, etc.\
Cash management:
- Monitor short term treasury position
- Lead local projects to optimize cash management processes and tools and monitor e-banking tools interfaces
Funding – liquidity & debt management:
- Execute the CBUs ( RU & KZ ) financing operations according to Central Treasury instructions
- Monitor mid term net debt planning
- Participate in CBUs ( RU & KZ ) cash committees
- Manage the cash landing
- Coordinate with CBUs the financial results forecast and monitoring
- Optimize CBUs financial results within the limits set
Financial risks management:
- Hedge the foreign exchange risk identified by the CBUs in line with hedging policy
Bank relationships:
- Manage relationship & negotiation with banks
- Strong knowledge about Currency control, new regulations, sanctions etc.
- Escalate F&T critical issues to Cluster Head / Central Treasury
Reporting and compliance:
- Ensure regular reporting to the Company/Cluster/CBUs on all F&T matters
- Ensure that processes / systems continuous improvement are compliant with Company policies and with the Internal Control framework
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of accounting rules, standards and regulations related to Treasury accounting
- Good knowledge of treasury processes and internal control principles
- Detect risks of errors, anomalies and highlight discrepancies

- Systems: SAP, TMS/Kyriba, Microsoft Office, Bank websites, Cashpooler
