Responsibilities:
Strategy and Development Planning:
- Forecast market trends and develop comprehensive development plans for Russia.
- Implement systems to monitor and control the execution of development plans.
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives in the region.
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business performance.
- Identify and assess risks associated with business operations in the region.
Sales & Marketing Management:
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop, nurture, and expand business relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Distribution and Supply Management:
- Manage the distribution and delivery of products in the region, ensuring adherence to volume, timing, and supply provisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to meet demand efficiently.
Financial Management & Compliance:
- Assume responsibility for managing the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region.
- Implement measures to optimize profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
- Timely planning related to new import to secure product availability with no interuption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in agriculture, Marketing & Sales preferred.
- From 6 years of work experience in the field of Argo-pesticide brand sales.
- Procedure of composing of business plans and agreements.
- Knowledge of English at a conversational level.
- Good communication & Presentation Skill.
- Good Understanding of Commercial, financial documentation, documents circulation & custom legislation.
