· Creates an increased business and customer knowledge to better serve internal & external customers’ needs and contributes to the Company business sustainability and growth,

· Acts as a catalyst to prepare a sound insights & data-driven ecosystem for the Company to be fully-equipped for in time informed business decisions making,

· Provides data-driven, actionable recommendations to answer to the Company’s strategic & compelling business questions

· deep understanding of the Russian pharmaceutical market (channels, regulation, pricing)

· deep knowledge of the analytical sources of information (iQvia, Cursor, Ipsos etc.)

· proactive position to search for insights and find the reason behind

· quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc and desk research initiation and leadership

· service providers management (budgeting and costs tracking, documentation)

· contribution to products commercial potential assessment and forecasts development (business cases, including patients’ models)

· macroeconomic, therapeutic area trends and competitor environment monitoring

· clear and transparent for internal clients presentations/ dashboards accompanied with clear conclusions and recommendations rooted in 360 degree view on the topic (cross-functional expertise sharing ensured), its short and long-term impact on the business and data cross-check.

Requirements

· higher education, preferably in sociology

· ≥ 5 years of experience in market research & analytics

· English – upper-intermediate (spoken and written)

· prominent level of curiosity

· ability to have fun & pleasure while working over complicated challenging tasks requiring high-level of involvement and permanent self-education

· strong analytical skills (big data management, understanding interdependencies, analytical reports preparation experience – SI, SO, market data, prescriptions etc.)

· dashboards development experience

· advanced level of soft-skills (ability to lead w/o authority, speak common language with non-analytical clients)

· helicopter view well-balanced with right level of the attention to details skill

· result-oriented

· permanent desire to improve, achieve higher goals and provide added-value

· ability to generate added value under time pressure

· critical thinking.
