Content orchestrator
Role Responsibilities:
· Tagging approach and proposal for optimization of all digital HCP content - what pieces worked better for what segment of the audiencem what learnings from one set of brands would be effectively implemented for the relevant other brands. Is a key contact person for the Agency responsible for approach development and tagging
· Ensure excellence in execution in content production - provide playbooks for different content formats; generate best performing templated for emailings, SMS, messangers etc. Develop set of KPIs and benchmarks - how we understand what workes better
· Development and execution of re-usage approach - how we could move from 10% to 30% - 60% share of content re-usage
· Omnichannel 2.0 realization through content - contribute to the content map and communication approach focused on personas
· Cumulative learnings across portfolio on formats, channels, personas - building whole portfolio understanding of what is the role of content within each channel we use, what are the opportunities to increase HCPs engagement
