L&D Manager

Мы находимся в поиске L&D Менеджера в крупную международную компанию

Responsibilities:

  • Constant communication with HQ on the L&D annual plan implementation. Ensure HQ L&D KPIs completion by RHQ (SERC; CIS Office) and CIS subs (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan & Georgia, Uzbekistan).
  • Act as Center of Excellence for CIS regional HRs: conduct monthly conference calls\workshops, keep control over annual local L&D planning and strategy, ensure implementation of all L&D related activities and projects in timely manner by subsidiaries. Ensure experience sharing and expertise delivery on L&D matters.
  • Prepare and confirm with management annual local L&D budget.
  • Support SCI (Samsung Culture Index survey) conduction in SERC and CIS subs. Analyse the HQ reports, deliver summary to management, conduct workshops with botoom scored teams, collect action plans prepared by teams and control implementation of corporate level activities.
  • Support promotion of global DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) project in SERC and CIS RHQ: prepare plan and budget for annual activities in terms of DEI pillars, supervise conduction of events and activities accordingly.
  • Support global SELF assessment (Leadership Assessment project). Conduct Talent talks with leaders upon getting the individual reports. Based on the results and TT feedbacks assist in promotion and creation of IDPs with leaders.
  • Support the Onboarding TF project: regular TF meetings, promotion of mentoring campaign, improvement of onboarding process in SERC.
  • Participation in other cross functional talent management projects in SERc & CIS RHQ.
  • Supervision of Senior L&D specialts' jom anmd KPI implementation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in management of L&D function: annual planning, budget drafting, implementation and control, results checking.
  • Background in the area of employee talent management (engagement surveys and activities, evaluation and assessment conduction) and business partnership is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of DEI concept (experience with launch and implementation of activities aimed to promote this concept).
  • Experience in project work and leadership of project teams is a plus.
  • Understanding the basics of Vendor selection and tender processes.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
  • Excellent PPT skills, advanced Excel is a plus.
