Media manager
Role Responsibilities:
· Be an owner of the whole media/communication strategy and vision - for the portfolio and by every active brand
· Upgrade quality of planning, reporting and execution
· Build effective partnership with the Agencies involved – transforming quality of reporting (competitive, key trends, PBAs etc), upgrading quality of plans, bonus inventory delivery etc for the business core needs
· Developing models – together with the Agency - for predictive planning (and allocation of the media budgets accordingly)
· Develop and launch playbooks with key principles of planning of TV, OLV, cross-channel KPIs à optimizing time and growing quality of the plans
· Responsible for timely update of the budgets planned/spent etc
· Education agenda for media for the Marketing team
· Work on Deals consolidation – both TV and Digital
Collaboration with Other Functions
Collaborate with Rx-OTC Marketing & Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, CoE, BI, HR teams to drive Digital Agenda, projects, processes, data, automation, systems
Operating External Network:
Media, Digital Agencies, Research Agencies, Service Providers
Key Skills and Experience:
· Graduate degree preferably in Math or IT, experience in Banking / FMCG / specialized provider in the role responsible for Media with proven record of success: 3+ years
· Strong understanding of modern approach of omedia promoion to big groups of customers, customers segmenation, communication strategies
· Strong analytical skills
· Overall media experience 8+ years
· Team player
