Responsibilities:
• Thorough analysis of the market and industry players, multichannel collection of market and customer insights
• Understand, own and shape end-to-end patient pathway in order to drive the best treatment outcomes and bring Janssen solutions early and effectively into patient journey
• Develop effective fit-for-purpose GTMMLeading X-functional team in developing short- , mid- and long-term strategies and tactics to drive profitable growth of Janssen brands
• Shape diagnostics environment, deploy diagnostic programs to improve patients’ access to genetic testing
• Lead building of internal capabilities and knowledge for new TA
• Ensure product launch readiness in accordance with local legislation and business objectives
• Deploy successful integrated marketing campaigns and drive implementation of Xfunctional projects from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key external customers and industry players
• Be the owner of marketing budget with regular tracking and allocating funds based on “what works” approach
• Be the owner of customer interaction strategy and omnichannel communication campaign with proper measurement of execution and corrective actions if necessary
• Active membership at EM and EMEA marketing community
• Measure and report on the performance of key x-functional projects, gain insights and assess against goals
• Managing 1 direct report
Requirements:
• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
• Marketing experience in Pharma 5+ years , preferably leading marketing teams
• Experience of successful prelaunch/launch of innovative pharmaceutical product as marketing lead
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience of people management as a marketeer or representative of other strategic function (new business development, strategy & customer excellence, etc)
• Strategic thinking with proven track records in envisioning, enabling and executing breakthrough projects, product launches and marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in identifying the right target audiences / market segments and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing
• Proven experience in leading a team of diverse professionals, setting common goals, KPIs, regularly assessing team effectiveness and improving team performance, if needed
