Portfolio manager
Responsibilities:
• Market Research: continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and improvement
• Work on product portfolio of the company and strategy planning for new products / TA’s / business according to global & local strategy, forecasting, forecasts alignment and update with commercial team
• Project evaluations at high level, alignment within STADA affiliates (local/global), approval, numbers elicitation and risk/value assessment at all stages
• Financial Planning and Analysis: project NPV calculations and on-time reviews organization (NPV ownership) at all stages, the core project strategy control
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and challenges in the product portfolio; develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., R&D, Marketing, RA, Finance, and others) to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of product management initiatives
• Monitoring of accepted global projects gates (at all stages) for timely local strategic plan inclusion
• Product and Service Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of the pharmaceutical products from early-stage development, approval and launch, to post-launch monitoring and discontinuation
