MSL Lead
Our client - an international pharmaceutical company - is looking forward to greet new people in the team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
You’ll manage MSL team, incl. recruitment, retention, motivation and performance management, coaching and development; implement medical strategies within related therapeutic area; provide control in terms of organization and conduction of scientific / medical events; review and approve promo, medical / scientific and education materials; collaborate efficiently with KEEs; provide medical information to external and internal partners; provide support to medical projects and research; participate in cross-functional projects.
Essential requirements:
- Relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Higher Medical / pharmaceutical education, preferably in the related therapeutic area. Clinical experience in the related therapeutic area is a plus.
- Science degree is a plus.
- Team / people management experience, project management experience.
- Product knowledge within related therapeutic area / areas.
- Planning and organization skills; communication skills.
- English – Upper-intermediate (both oral and written).
