Финансовый директор

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of international company and drive the company’s financial strategy in subsidiaries in the Russian Federation and CIS.


Responsibilities

  • Long and short term financial plan and strategies. Identify risks early and plan for mitigation. Analyse key performance indicators of the organization against Industry standards and plan for improvement.
  • Lead financial planning process for Russia and CIS, measure performance against the plan, and analyse variance. Insights on performance of markets/business to improve financial and operational metrics.
  • MIS & Reports on key business KPI’s with focus on profitability, cash flow and risk management.
  • Adequate internal controls and report accurate financial results. Compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance to standards of local accounting laws in all markets.
  • Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
  • Work with the General Director & Executive Director on the strategic vision including as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.
  • Lead Planning & Budgeting process and assist General Director & Executive Director to finalize the budget as per the mandate given by the top management.
  • To prepare detailed analysis of Sales Promotion expenses (By Region/By City/By Product and by Activity) & obtain justifications from Departments for variations if any with respect to Budgets.
  • To co-ordinate with Corporate Finance & IT on all issues related to ERP set-ups and configurations and develop new reports as per Business needs.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in Finance, of which at least 5 years on Managerial role.
  • Ideal candidate comes from a lead finance role in Pharmaceutical Industry or FMCG company, or 2nd person in Finance in a big multinational company.
  • Production finance experience, including production controller.
  • In-depth knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards and IFRS standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Previous knowledge of 1C ERP system is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Transfer Pricing and intercompany transactions.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate shall be able to work independently, capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure in peak times.
  • Experience in Managing a Team, inspire, train and develop people internally.
