• Development and implementation of Regional Key account plan, customer segmentation, KA management, building strong trusting relationships with a portfolio of key customers
• Active promotion of Oncology product portfolio (Peripheral intervention) in RCIS
• Maintain and develop market expert knowledge in terms of quantitative and qualitative data (customer needs, local healthcare strategy and trends, competition, technologies and applications)
• Work closely with distributors' representatives to promote PI oncology products throughout region RCIS
• Analytical work – monitoring and analysis of relevant market data, market segments and our market share, competition, its pricing strategy and product characteristics
• Demand forecasting of key users and distributors
• Maintain and build solid business relationship with strategic key opinion leaders, KOL management
• Budget planning and control over its spending
• Organize and co-ordinate training and support activity for new and existing customers and distributors
• Organize and co-ordinate marketing events promoting BD products
• Organize and co-ordinate product launch activities, align them with local market dynamics
• Interfaces with the EMA product and inventory management teams to leverage an effective support to the local market.
• Internal and external business reporting
• Document flow for educational and marketing activities
