Duties:

building interaction with marketing and DPM departments in Europe
managing a team of product specialists
building a work plan to support the commercial team: training cycle, development of digital tools, creation of training materials, involvement of experts
development of technological experiment schemes
portfolio management: improving the current positioning of hybrids, introducing new positioning criteria, optimizing the portfolio of hybrids in three countries
analysis of market trends: technologies and competitors
participation in the development of commercial policy

Requirements:

understanding the corn crop: main phases of development, growing technologies in various conditions
understanding silage and livestock feeding technologies
experience in development demo trials network
understanding of product portfolio management principles
experience in managing a team or coordinating employees based on a matrix approach
skill to work in team
ability to make decisions and build a work plan
communication skills, ability to build cross-divisional relationships
strategic vision
ability to work in an international cultural environment
