work together with sales team or distributors to set up clinical reference sites or routine pre-sales clinical interpretation or assistance during probation.

2. Marketing support:

attend local promotion activities, such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops
design local product clinical promotion toolkits
organize professional clinical or scientific seminars/workshops and answer the questions posed by sales, distributor and end-users
work with clinicians of hospitals, collect and analyze products application and clinical requirements.
propose the product advantage by the implementation case and draft the promotion technical pas well as to help to improve the product
deal with the product clinical application problems and provide the pre-sales clinical promotions for distributors or end-users
collect distributors and end-users’ feedbacks from the market
summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade in clinical dimensions

3. Technical training:

coordinate and direct the basic product training and clinic application skill training to application specialists
help customers to understand all the functions of the system in pre-sales procedures, collect typical images and clinical cases
train sales team and distributors how to introduce product with competitive advantage and clinical benefits
train Distributors clinical application specialists how to make product demonstration and operation training to end users
train key customers system operation and maintain a good relation.

Professional skills

medical/biomedical/technical education
over 3 years of working experience as clinical application specialist, preferable CLIA/ELISA field
strong analytical skills
