Production Planning Manager

One of the largest FMCG companies is looking for Production Planning Manager for Russian and Belarussian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Key role in Production Planning management of Russian and Belarussian markets
  • Contributing to the overall Supply Operations functionality
  • Leading the team of 5-6 persons
  • Taking part in S&OP process and Supply Review
  • Main communication environment – Supply Operation (Demand/Materials Planning, Logistic, Customer Service), Production (local and import), R&D, Marketing, Sales
  • Customers’ Service level (percentage of delivered goods out of the ordered)
  • Inventory management (Annual, Monthly, Weekly basis)
  • Leading Supply Review monthly meeting (planning tactic and strategy, risks, projects)
  • Risk assessment of OOS (out of stock)
  • Novelties’ support – launches
  • Complexity reduction and SMI (slow moving items) control – impact on company’s P&L
  • Reporting coordination and validation
  • Continues improvements program

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years working experience in Production Planning Management in large international FMCG business
  • English – Upper-Intermediate and higher
  • Perfect PC skills (MS Office, Project)
  • Technical experience in 1C (as a priority but not must), SAP (or other ERP system), Production Planning system as a must
  • People management experience is must
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Energetic, proactive, structured, result-oriented, agile
