Legal & Compliance Business Partner
Foreign original pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for Legal & Compliance Business Partner
Responsibility:
- Providing to oncology business units (squads) full-fledged legal and compliance support;
- Contribution to achievement by squads of their short and long-term outcomes;
- Evaluation of ideas/potential projects proposed by the squad members, identification of potential legal & compliance risk, elaboration of potential viable options together with the squad team;
- Conducting due diligence on partners and vendors, drafting of respective due diligence reports;
- Approval of contracts and addendums to the contracts in the corporate;
- Reviewing of promotional and non-promotional activities in the corporate systems;
- Networking and best practices exchange with legal & compliance colleagues from different countries;
- Active participation in the meetings with state authorities;
- Drafting of claims towards competitors;
- Participating in OBP-planning of legal, compliance and sustainability chapter, working in team on completion certain key results led by other LCS team members and/or leading completion of certain key results;
- Participating in meetings of various corporate governance bodies (e.g. Compliance Committee, Sustainability Forum) in order to cover legal and compliance aspects of the respective projects;
- Actively participating in delivering trainings on legal & compliance matters employees;
- Management of the outside counsel work.
Requirements:
- English - Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken);
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in pharmaceutical/medical devices business;
- Experience in healthcare compliance/general compliance issues is a plus;
- Developed legal writing skills (in Russian and in English);
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google.
