Market Research Manager
Pharmaceutical company, manufacturer of original drugs looking for a Market Research Manager
Main responsibilities:
Organization and control of market research and insight initiatives
Active cross-functional interaction with all departments
Co-working with Product Managers, identification of information gaps and validation of actionable insights of stakeholders (doctors, patients, pharmacists)
Communication with market research agencies (briefs, compliance monitoring)
Preparation and providing regular reports from syndicated research data base
Requirements:
Higher Education in Sociology, Mathematics, Economic, etc.
Minimum 4 years experience in market research in pharma industry (client or agency side) or agency – quantitative research
Proactive, accurate, stress-resistance
Deep understanding of pharma market and/or market research methodologies
Analytical skills: ability to condense analysis into actionable insights
Communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships
Upper-Intermediate English
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Experience with syndicated data (Data Friend, QlikView) is an advantage
