
Customer care coordinator
Responsibilities
- To process orders from customers and sales managers, to agree with customers conditions of shipment.
- To report stock availability weekly (3PL/local wh.).
- To monitor status of customers credit limits and credit history and to take actions on informing customer about pass due and over limit with support of sale department.
- Close communication with Supply Chain department to organize shipment on daily basis.
- Close daily work with sales managers on customers concerns and requests.
- To issue shipping documents daily.
- To issue/agree balance notifications per customers request.
- Handle customer’s complaints and returns. Take actions on its solving communicating with related departments.
- To control (collect and send customers by request) the availability of primary documents.
- To create a request to warehouse for goods picking up.
- To listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses, to provide information about products availability.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
Requirements
- experience in customer care more than 2 years
- customer orientated with excellent communication skills
- confident SAP and MS Office user
- English not less than intermediate level
