
Senior HR Business Partner / Старший HR Бизнес Партнер (factory)
We are looking for a Senior HR BP who already has an experience in HR management and ready to take responsibility for large and very interesting projects.
You will manage in this role:
- Lead all HR activities in Operational functions (Manufacturing, P&T, up to 600 employees)
- Ensure that performance and talent review, employees onboarding and retention are performed effectively in the respective Functions
- Participate in HR overheads and headcount budgeting process, control budget realization
- Develop organizational changes together with the Function Heads, ensure smooth employee transfers and promotions within organization
- Lead effective blue collars’ recruitment and onboarding process at the Factories
- Manage talent development in the respective Functions together with T&D manager. Develop training programs for production employees, including blue collars
- Support in organization celebration and events for the teams
- Manage HR Team at 2 factories: 6 HR subordinates
Desired skills and Qualification:
- Higher Education in Economics/HR/Law/Communication
- HR BP or HR Manager’ experience in multinational companies with operational Functions: production, retail or warehouse, with big shift employees population
- Level of English: upper-intermediate
- Good updated knowledge of RF labor law
- Experience of organizational change management will be a plus
- Proactive, strong communication skills, ability to persuade and achieve common understanding with business partners
- Ability to manage multiple processes, stress – resistance
