JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently looking for talented Sales director professional (tech-savvy) to accelerate sales of the top-notch company product, CPaaS platform for end customers and resellers. Build strong sales teams in different regions for sustainable contribution to the quota
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct web-based demos and develop materials necessary to accelerate customers acquisition
- Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
- Participate in conferences. Be the Spoke person for the product
- Participate in on-site product presentations
- Maintain and grow acquired new Resellers and Customers to maximize revenue growth, while continuing efforts in new business development
- Proactive Services pipeline generation with identified key customers.
- Sales team internal education leadership for EMEA, LATAM, APAC.
- Contributing to the development of Value Propositions and Salesplays.
- Managing team of sales managers in different regions, extending the team with best-in-class professionals
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 - 25 years of sales experience, at least 3 years in IT-solutions, Software, SaaS, PaaS Sales. Working experience with telco products is a HUGE PLUS
- Doer. Self-driven, internal motivation and drive to succeed in a goal-driven position
- Tech industries background either in previous employment or education
- Previous experience in channel sales to different markets, preferably international
- Proficient with web-based demo software and tools
- Outstanding and convincing verbal and written communication skills
- Strong new logo focus
- 25%+ travel required

- Focus industries: BPO (Concentrix, Teleperformance), Credit Collections (PandBLLC, Lowell), Insurance (Holbornassets, EXC), Fintech (AXA, Interactive trade)
- Resellers: Sinch, 3CLogic, Worldline
- Affiliate: Industry advisors, marketing agencies, Industry CRMs

- You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive offerings
- Product expertise. Knowing how our software helps accomplish the business goals of the customers and being able to demonstrate the features and functionality that address the use cases of the client, from both a business-user and an end-user perspective.
- Target market expansion. Increasing revenue in LATAM and APAC with access to the focus verticals
- Presentation and communication skills. Being able to provide product, technical, and integration expertise in a way that removes confusion, doubt, or uncertainty.
