Tasks
- Participate in client meetings in order to figure out the client's needs
- Screening candidates' applications
- Sourcing
- Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles for our clients
Requirements
- Knowledge of Estonian language (C1) and English language (B2)
- Work experience as IT Recruiter would be beneficial
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Technical expertise of IT field in order to understand and explain the job requirements for IT roles
