MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (STADA)
Major Accountabilities
- Products representation, marketing and distribution targets fulfillment and business growth in the defined region
- Relationship building with customers
- Regular visiting the region customers (Pharmacists & HCPs) & organizing roundtable events according to the approved schedule and customer segmentation
- Controlling the assortment, visibility and stock level of company products in all pharmacies
- Monitor the competitors prices, new products listings and other important competitors activities in the market
- Prepare daily reports in internal CRM, suggest necessary changes in customer database.
Key Performance Indicators
- Territory objectives - e.g., market share
- Brand objectives - brand awareness, market share, and competitiveness of STADA products
- Product distribution & availability
- In-store brand visibility & promotions
- Customer coverage, events, reporting
