Main job objectives and tasks / Work results and quality
1. To implement activity and marketing plan. Detailed plan is presented individually.
1) Objectives are carried out according to the foreseen plan. If discrepancies appear, the direct manager is informed and necessary corrections are made;
2) Foreseen goals are achieved.
3) The foreseen quarter budget is achieved;
4) The activity is being developed;
5) The opinion of direct manager.
2. To prepare and implement personal activity plan according approved plan of the group.
1) Plan presented up to the 1st day of the month, approved and is being implemented;
2) Personal activity plan is in accordance with the group plan;
3) If necessary, the agenda is changed promptly;
4) The opinion of direct manager.
3. To prepare weekly/monthly work reports.
1) The report of last week is submitted until Monday, 12 o‘clock of the next week and is approved;
2) Monthly report is submitted until the 3th day of the next month and is approved;
3) Implementation of activity budget;
4) The results achieved are in accordance with the plan of activity.
4. To visit and to develop relations (via phone, meetings, consultations) with doctors according to the determined plan. To collect information about clients. To analyze the changes/development of the demand of the represented medicines, also the activities of the competitors.
1) Organized and systematizes data base of clients (the ratio of quantity of doctors according to categories (a, b, c));
2) At least 8 visits per day, or visits amount according to directions of manager;
3) The analysis of medicines demand changes presented every month;
4) Filled the questionnaires introduces by marketing or other department;
5) Samples of medicines for doctors: planning the sampling, delivering and reporting according to the established procedure;
6) Information collected, organized and easily found;
7) Information constantly updated;
8) Monthly report of competitors activity submitted until the 5th day of the next month;
9) Detail aid is kept safely and disseminated according established procedure.
5. To collect and pass on information about adverse events (side effect of medicines) to medical manager.
1) Received information is registered and passed on time;
2) The system of information collection is clear and understandable.
6. To participate in presentation delivery sessions, conferences and other events.
1) Technical and information means are in order and properly prepared;
2) Necessary information is collected;
3) Initiative is showed;
4) The necessary information is passed on time;
5) Presentation skills are consistently refreshed and improved, evaluation of training manager;
6) The information, introduced during presentations, is accurate and correct;
7) The rendered tasks are accomplished;
8) Feedback of clients.
7. To improve knowledge constantly, engaging all available sources of information.
1) Known the newest information about all changes in the activity field;
2) The knowledge about product are in line with required level. The opinion of product manager and medical manager;
3) Active participation in trainings. The opinion of training manager and direct manager.
8. To participate in promotion campaigns organized by the group, to contribute to and to create all possible preconditions for their success.
1) Implementation of promotion campaigns according manager‘s determined plan;
2) The initiative showed.
3) Promoted the brand of producer.
4) The demand for a new medicine created and the demand of clients for the already promoted medicines increased.
5) Enlargement of activity.
9. Monthly expenditure report preparation
1) Reports presented to the direct manager until the 5th day of the next month.
2) Complying with budget.
3) Complying with deadlines.
4) Amount and frequency of mistakes.
5) Opinion of accountant and account manager

Education and knowledge: University degree or equivalent.
Higher education.
Personal skills:

MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point.

Self-motivation, orientation to result, accountability, responsibility, honesty.
Other requirements:
Driving license - B category.
