You will be responsible for:
Global category strategy adaptation and implementation, search of additional local opportunities and niches (financial plans, growth pillars, category penetration growth strategy);
Category leadership to achieve growth and MS targets (portfolio management, pricing, promo plan, NPDs, channel strategy etc);
Research consumer insights and implement learnings into winning category activities;
ATL activation incl TV, digital, SM, sponsorship, bloggers etc;
Category finance ownership (P&L, Budget, Media);
Team coaching and development.
We are looking for: Higher Education (Bachelor/Masters degree);
Marketing experience in leading product category at least 4 years (fmcg, pharma, electronic devices businesses);
Experience in creation and realization of marketing strategy on high competitive market.
Experience in communication strategy creation, local marketing materials, consumer insights analysis;
People management skills;
Strategic and leadership mindset;
Fluency in English.
