Sourсing Manager CAPEX
THIS IS THE ROLE:
- You will, together with 2 specialized colleagues in Russia, be primarily responsible for tender & contract negotiation for materials & works within CAPEX RUS projects as well as support of ongoing contracts of Trading Goods category.
- Overall procurement life cycle process and driving maximum profitability of the category CAPEX RUS for 4 plants in Russia
- In cooperation with the project manager and other stakeholders to formulate a strategy for the procurement of materials and works necessary to complete CAPEX RUS projects to ensure the optimal deliverables for the area
- Execution of CAPEX RUS sourcing activities & project management: fact base build-up & needs assessment, market analysis, go to market (RFQ, RFI, tender), suppliers negotiation, contract management
- Prepare a contract template in conformity with Company Group policy, customs and best practice
- Identify a sufficient number of potential contractors for each task, ensuring a competitive procurement situation
- Participate in contract management during the execution of the contracts
- Support Trading goods category within ongoing supply contracts: contract management & negotiation with suppliers to avoid price increase & to ensure the optimal deliverables for the area.
THIS IS WHAT YOU OFFER:
- Higher education (technical education will be a strong advantage)
- English at Upper-Intermediate level and above
- Relevant professional experience (industrial CAPEX procurement) in multinational companies
- Experience in contract management & negotiation including both local Russian and import contracts
- Have good interpersonal skills & able to be a team player
- Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
- SAP and MS Excel knowledge
