Accountant Payable

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting of accounts payable with regards to internal and foreign suppliers of goods and services – collection, check and archiving of documents, posting, reconciliation of settlements, communication with initiators, control over AP procedure

Strict following of financial closing deadlines

Support and back-uping in other areas of accounting

Participation in annual stock-takings

Additionally: tax support

REQUIREMENTS

Higher education degree in finance or economics, bent for work with figures, analytical skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 

Ability to process big volumes of documents

Excellent knowledge of PC (MS Office with particular emphasis on MS Excel)

Ability and wish for learning

Experience of work in the accounting department minimum 2 years and knowing of accounting principles

Knowledge of English on the level not lower than Pre-Intermediate. • SAP FI module user experience will be a plus
