
Account Manager
Our client - an international company is looking Account Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Process print and print related projects using Company systems and technology
- Ensure the appropriate numbers of quotes are obtained for all work
- Build working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth running of all projects/jobs and the collection of reporting data
- Monitor on time delivery and Service Level Agreement performance
- Ensure work is produced within operational guidelines and records are kept in a standard format
- Managing projects / jobs from brief to completion
- Identify cost or process improvement opportunities
- Liaise with suppliers to collate and clarify extra costs
- Ensure jobs are invoiced upon completion
- Ensure Service Level Agreement data is collected, recorded and conforms to account objectives
- Escalate potential issues / resolutions to the appropriate senior manager
- Promote best practice within the team
- Delegate to team members as appropriate
- Show leadership and take ownership of situations and problems
- Identify opportunities within the client and escalate to the Account Director or Senior Account Manager to support account development
- To establish and maintain good relationships with internally and externally at all times
- To ensure a professional and consultative approach to all tasks is maintained
- To achieve a service level standard to the agreed SLA framework
- All queries/tasks are responded to/completed within the deadlines provided
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a print related project management environment, with excellent administration skills and good print knowledge
- Organised, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with each task/project
- Listens to colleagues/clients to identify needs to clearly set out plans and delivery
- Actively participates as a team member in achieving team goals when required
- Responds positively to new situations and challenges
- Able to work flexibly in high pressure environment – able to meet needs of the project by working outside normal office hours as required to deliver the project
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, suppliers and colleagues, orally and in writing
- Comfortable with procurement and job tracking systems
- Sets high standards of performance for self
- Pro-active, motivated and committed to developing own knowledge and skills
- Competent in all MS Outlook, Word and online systems
- Strong Excel skills necessary English Advanced level
