Chief Engineer
Requirements for candidate:
- Higher education (engineering/technical);
- A systematic approach to solving any problems;
- Work experience in similar positions (in terms of functionality) at a manufacturing enterprise at least 5 years;
- Personal experience in the areas of engineering and technical maintenance; manufacturing enterprise (ability to work with hands and train specialists);
- Experience in working with supervisory authorities (obtaining permits, approvals);
- Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian. Knowledge of English or German will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning of the building together with the general. contractor-builder;
- Ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operation of engineering systems of production;
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the enterprise's life support systems: power supply, heat supply, water supply etc.;
- Development of measures, approval of estimates and provision of reporting documentation for the modernization of engineering equipment and reconstruction of the enterprise;
- Management of technical services of the enterprise;
- Interaction with supervisory authorities on all issues of safety, ecology, fire safety, electrical safety of the enterprise (Technology, Energy and others);
- Work with contractors - search, conclusion of contracts, supervision, acceptance of work performed.
