Plant Manager

Job description:

• In Your role will be responsible for the directing, coordinating, and managing the overall plant operation
• Assure that the plant's production objectives are achieved with quality requirements while maintaining compliance to State, and Local Safety and Environmental regulations and laws
• You will delegate responsibility and works through the key managers in production, production control, engineering, cost accounting, maintenance, and other related operations to achieve the desired business objectives

Requirements:

• 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing company
• Higher or university education in chemistry, biology, medicine, or pharmacy
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity inventory and stewardship processes
• Knowledge and experience with lean six sigma/ operational excellence and experience with driving continuous improvement with KPI management
• Proficiency in Estonian, Russian and English languages
