Process Sub-Lead Engineer
The international company looking for Process Sub-Lead Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Application and Review of Russia Regulation and Code: Sectionalization; Equipment Classification; Piping Categorization; Emergency Shutdown requirement.
- Coordination with RDI to check interface if any.
- Coordination with internal disciplines for engineering matters.
- Review of PD (Project Document)
- Work on Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations (e.g. Equipment/Line sizing, Hydraulic etc).
- Verification of full ITB & FEED Package.
- Review of the Process Deliverables such as BEDD, Design Criteria, all design Philosophy (Control, C&E, Interlock, Depressurizing, Flare, Drain etc).
- Support for Procurement Service for Chemical & Catalyst (MR/TBE & Vendor Expediting).
- Support and Participation of HAZOP & SIL and follow-up HAZOP Recommendation.
- Support and Participation of Plot Plan and 3D Model Review Meeting.
- Preparation and Review of Process Data such as Line List, Instrument List, Hazardous Source.
- Participate the Technical Meeting for supporting with Vendor.
- Technical Support for Government Permit.
- Supervising and Perform of Commissioning and Performance Test.
- Deliver engineering lessons learned to Korean Engineers for Russian Practice.
Requirements
- 8 years of Process Engineering Experience in FEED/EPC (Oil & Gas, Refinery, and petrochemical project) in Russia.
- Experience worked in International EPC Company or RDI Company.
- Knowledge in the use simulation tool (ASPEN HYSYS, ASPEN PLUS, PRO-II).
- Knowledge of Russian Regulation (GOST, SNiP, SP and etc.) with General Engineering Practice.
- English – Upper-intermediate.
