Sr Analyst FP&A Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily collaboration with key business partners responsible for TOP Russia Key Accounts in Sales Department. Find profitable ways of Net Sales growing, support to deliver financial KPI's - NS, Delivered Profit Margin, Operational Profit.
- Strong controlling and managing of trade investments (GTN: Commercial terms, Promotions, Temporary Discounts etc.) for customers/channels in responsibility areas, Net Revenue Management principles application,
- Assisting in Russia/CIS monthly results explanation, key drivers/factors identification,
- Build financial models and tools for planning, budgeting and tracking Customer’s/Countries P&L, regular timely update and preparation of reports to management and key users,
- Budgeting, Operational planning organization, coordination and performing, P&L risk escalation and mitigation.
- ROI Evaluation, P&L simulations of customer’ specific promotions, provide recommendations/alternative scenarios,
- Provide reasonable approvals/rejections for promotion activities proposed by Sales/Customer Marketing teams,
- Accruals managing, entering in the system and ensuring all commitments are compliant with Global and Local Company procedures and requirements,
- Promote integrity and trust principles of relations between SCJ and Customers and entire the Company,
- Maintain process of Trade spending, manage issues, fit procedures to Company, Government and Customers requirements, look for simplification,
- performing As-hoc reviews, reports, information for management in case of urgent request,

- Well Informed of accounting principles,
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Experience in FMCG, preferable in Finance or Net Revenue Management,
- Strong presentation skills,
- SAP ERP knowledge,
- MS Excel “Power Query” skills is advantage
- English: You should be able to communicate, express your opinion and actively participate in meeting, training, projects in English
