Product Technology Manager

If you are ready: 

  • Support Sales Product Owners and Product Team Members in technology-related matters on a daily and strategical basis. 
  • Own Agile Product management approaches, frameworks and continuous improvement. 
  • Create technology strategy/vision. 
  • Provide expected business continuity level where relied on technology products. 
  • Ensure efficient cross-functional, cross-products communications and alignment. 
  • Ensure cost-cautious supplier/vendor relationships, contract discussions, licenses management, prices and performance management incl. global cross-charge of the relevant costs.
  • Conduct continuous improvement analysis on existing Product architectures, performance.  
  • Execute problem management.  
  • Identify architectural optimizations, industry trends, new technologies to be delivered to support Digital Sales.

You have:

  • 3 + years of working in a sales digital technology environment on similar roles preferably in following types of businesses: FMCG, PCG, Retail or CTO in Start-up (foodtech, fmcg, pharma etc.). 
  • Proven implementation and continuous development experience  E-Commerce platforms/ Sales Force Automation/ CRM solution in a role of technology manager or business analyst, project or product manager. 
  • Proven experience in setting operational or support environment for solutions and users. Knowledge of certification on ITIL foundation - advantage. 
  • Good understanding of advanced analytics and data-driven principles and technology. 
  • Practical knowledge of integrations and APIs implementation. 
  • Practical knowledge of setting CI/CD process. 
  • Proven Agile frameworks expertise that can be demonstrated on an interview. Certification is an advantage (PSM, PSPO, SAFe); 
  • Strong skills of stakeholder management to listen and understanding the challenges, opportunities, requirements and needs of all involved parties; 
  • Good problem-solving, commercial management and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to communicate, challenge and influence effectively in-group settings in English (fluent).  
  • Effective communication skills in bringing tech topics to business audience.
