Marketing manager B2B
The Position:
• Working as part of the EMEA EAST Marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing strategy, building plans, and executing campaigns comprised of a mix of digital marketing, events, social media, and internal/external communications
• You will deliver relevant and impactful marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth working closely with the regional sales team
• You will be part of a wider regional European Marketing teamKey Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Create growth and marketing plans for our key channel partners
- Drive reseller acquisition and nurture campaigns in high growth countries
- Implement B2B marketing campaigns related to e.g., new product launches
- Ensure partner enablement and engagement via our partner portal, maintaining the certification process
- Manage regular local channel communications framework including email & partner sites
- Work closely with sales to implement local Account based Marketing activities
- Work closely with distribution in country to develop strong channel acquisition & channel enablement
activities
- Build strong relationships to key strategic alliances and create joint solution marketing campaigns
- Manage and strengthen our digital presence for lead generation across the region
- Organize partner and end customer events such as conferences, seminars, product training sessions,
webinars etc. both on and offline.
- Translate and proofread marketing materials provided globally, managing the localization process
- Report on channel marketing activities and performance against agreed metrics
Required skills:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree within marketing or similar
• Fluency in Russian & English is essential (both written and verbal)
• Experience of the IT/Telecoms and/or AV market is ideal
• Experience in Ukraine and/or Kazakhstan is beneficial
• Solid experience of working in a regional marketing organization ideally performing a
local or regional role (6-8 years’ experience preferably)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and to budget
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to work and negotiate
within a matrix organization
• Experience of marketing IT systems such as CRM & marketing automation tools
• Customer centric approach to marketing with a strong knowledge of sales process and
understanding of current trends in the marketplace
• Strong sense of personal drive and initiative with the ability to define project scope and
maintain momentum until completion
