Senior IT Engineer (support)
Our client is the leading financial partner to the French economy and one of the largest banking groups in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Network, servers, workstation support, design and management in Moscow DC/DR and Saint-Petersburg
Desktop common software (MS Office, Adobe, etc.) support
Users support
Printing (Canon/HP) support
Market Data (Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, MOEX, etc.) support
Local payments and reporting systems (CBR, TAX, SMEV, NBKI, etc.) support
Cryptography (CryptoPro, Signatura) support
1st line support for Head Office corporate applications
IT procurement, contracts management, negotiation with vendors, outsourcers and contractors
Develop, maintain and test disaster recovery plans and operations on regular basis.
Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware and software upgrades
Develop and maintain technical policies, procedures and documentation
Requirements:
Networking:
Cisco certification (CCENT or higher) is the plus.
Equipment: wide range of Cisco equipment (switches/routers) running in IOS/XR/XE, F5 BIG IP LTM, Check Point, FortiGate, IPS Tipping Point, КШ Континент, VIP NET Coordinator.
Technology: TCP/IP, PPP, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
Routing: EIGRP, OSPF, knowledge of MPLS and BGP.
Layer 2 protocols: STP (RSTP, MST, PVST), EtherChannel (LACP, PAGP).
VLAN and trunking: VLAN, PVLAN, VTP, Dot1q.
Tunneling: VPN (IPsec, VPLS, GRE, L2TP).
Redundancy: HSRP, VRRP, GLBP.
Servers:
Knowledge and experience in installation, setup and administration/operation of Microsoft AD, ADFS, GPO, DHCP/DNS, CA, KMS, WSUS, PowerShell, RD, DFS, Exchange Server 2016, SCOM, SCCM.
Knowledge and experience of administration of centralized IT management systems (Altiris), remote controlling systems (HPE Insight Manager, SolarWInds IP Monitor, Zabbix).
Strong experience in administration, maintenance troubleshooting of HP HW servers, HP SAN 3PAR, EMC, HP StoreOnce, Symantec Backup Exec, VEEAM and Acronis Backup & Recovery data backup and restore systems.
Experience in administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of VMware based virtualization platforms and High Availability Hyper-V clusters.
MS certification is a plus.
3+ years of experience in networking and servers’ management

Skills in preparing technical tasks and documentations

Knowledge of Central Bank software is a plus
