Competitive & Consumer Insights Group Manager
The vacancy was opened in a large international FMСG company.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Lead and develop Team of five professionals;
- Creation of analytical concise and comprehensive summaries enough to make management decisions;
- Ensure excellent quality of all Competitive, Consumer and ad hoc results of the Team;
- Contribute to Strategic Insights strategy development;
- Ensure all project results relevance to Company needs;
- Build partnership and lead negotiations with internal and external business partners;
- Plan, justify, ensure and control SI projects and budget usage;
- Ensure timely and efficient internal and external communication to achieve and control KPIs;
- Develop timely all research Methodologies and Tools to ensure best-in-class Business support.
Requirements:
- University degree; Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Economics;
- English: Advanced (spoken, written);
- Min 3 year experience in Marketing Research Department or Research agency;
- Advanced Analytical Skills is a must: data analysis and synthesis, analytical concise and comprehensive summaries creation for top management;
- Advanced MS Office Excel including pivot tables and massives and advanced Power Point user;
- Advanced presentation and Communication skills;
- Research Methodologies knowledge and concise analytical summaries creation advanced skill;
- Project management experience; budget management experience.
