CRM Executive
Key responsibilities:
- Support and optimize current automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud aimed to ensure dynamic marketing segmentation and automated triggers (journeys) operations.
- Develop, test and deploy new automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the purpose of dynamic segmentation improvements and for new automated triggers launch
- Ensure consumer data completeness, validity and consistency
- Execute ad-hoc queries in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for ad-hoc reports purposes
- Conduct analysis of current system setup, proactively identify and address areas of improvements
- Discover new opportunities in order to build a state-of-the-art Communication platform and improve customer experience, drive their sharing and buy-in across RRP product teams and lead their implementation
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud improvements for RRP marketing needs in cooperation with IT and BI teams
- Detect, document and fix errors in Marketing Cloud automations
- Detect data and systems errors/incidents, submit them to IT and BI teams and track their resolution
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams inside RRP and with other business functions
- Act in compliance with RRP CRM process and guidelines, company’s policies and Russian legislation.
Desired professional skills:
· College/University education. Education in IT or Digital product management. Technical, digital or software development background is appreciated.
· 1Y+ experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (or Salesforce Pardot, or similar Marketing automation tools, e.g. Emarsys, Mindbox, Sendsay)
· Understanding of Salesforce architecture
· Experience in SQL and relational databases
· Experience in Tableau Online
· Understanding and experience in static / dynamic segmentation and personalization
· Experience in marketing automations (SQL scripts, automations, trigger chains/journeys, etc.)
· Fluent Russian
· Intermediate English is necessary
· Experience in ad-hoc reports building and data analysis
Essential Skills/Experience
· Our ideal candidate has experience working in IT or CRM and Digital (marketing technology) sphere for omni-channel B2C businesses (eCom, Telesales, Own Retail and Contracted Retail) 1Y+ with proven records
