Purpose of job:
The primary role of the position is to support business development and sales through different marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, press breakfasts, customers events etc.
Responsibilities:
development, budgeting and follow up of marketing activities plan;
event marketing: exhibitions, seminars, customer month etc. Preparing and providing all necessary support for these events: organisation, marketing materials, booths design, welcome gifts etc;
coordinating event related logistics;
losely working with event organisers and suppliers (documents, contracts etc);
preparing post-event analysis (target audience, cost per visit, conversion to sales etc) and recommendation for further participation and format;
POSM materials audit in collaboration with product and BD managers, development/localisation/update of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, folders etc);
development/management of portfolio/reference book;
copywriting (regular newsflow, articles, site content etc)
Requirements:
Higher professional education – marketing/communications/journalistic;
2-3 years experience in marketing/communication/event management (with similar responsibilities);
Excellent Russian language (oral as well as written), good English language (oral as well as written);
Copywriting experience;
Visual design experience (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign or similar);
Advanced knowledge of office applications;
