Market Research Lead

Responsibilities:

Providing high quality market research, insights and recommendation in order to enable Marketing strategy development, Launch excellence and Drive Marketing strategy execution;
Use AI-powered and innovative researches to reveal new market insights;
Improve our branding, get insights into product features;
Drive primary market research including customer loyalty studies, concept tests, customer preferences studies, etc. to generate valuable insights;
Manage the agencies performing market researches;
Measure the effectiveness of marketing and level of execution;
Identify barriers and new opportunities;
Transparent unify approach to BP, LRFP market model;
Development of planning model based on assumptions and inputs from all the departments (Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Commercial);
Improve our Business Plan, Long Range Plan excellence in figures;
Contribute to strategic and operational business planning cycle;
Contribution in Patient models development;
Manage the team of 3 people.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience within multinational environment;
Managerial experience is a plus;
Knowledge of working in pharmaceutical market environment; understanding of healthcare industry is a must;
Advanced English.
