
Market Research Lead
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality market research, insights and recommendation in order to enable Marketing strategy development, Launch excellence and Drive Marketing strategy execution;
- Use AI-powered and innovative researches to reveal new market insights;
- Improve our branding, get insights into product features;
- Drive primary market research including customer loyalty studies, concept tests, customer preferences studies, etc. to generate valuable insights;
- Manage the agencies performing market researches;
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing and level of execution;
- Identify barriers and new opportunities;
- Transparent unify approach to BP, LRFP market model;
- Development of planning model based on assumptions and inputs from all the departments (Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Commercial);
- Improve our Business Plan, Long Range Plan excellence in figures;
- Contribute to strategic and operational business planning cycle;
- Contribution in Patient models development;
- Manage the team of 3 people.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience within multinational environment;
- Managerial experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of working in pharmaceutical market environment; understanding of healthcare industry is a must;
- Advanced English.
