Lead of Digital Marketing

Responsibility: 

• Co-build the sport strategies with CSL (products & services) to satisfy all Russian customers;  
• Transform all those strategies in digital actions, in an Omni-channels logic to conquer the market;  Adapt online commercial policy to fit with sport commercial policy;  
• Creating an assortment matrix for online;  
• Animation of the offer visibility online and web merchandising (filters, menus, categories, boutiques…), CRM for your sport and alignment with Marketplaces.  
• KPI: Growth of TO (%); Growth of share Digital business; Traffic; Margin Online.  

Qualifications: 

• Higher education; 
• Additional education in the field of digital will be a plus;
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing; 
• Love for sports; 
• English - upper-intermediate.
