Lead of Digital Marketing
Responsibility:
- Co-build the sport strategies with CSL (products & services) to satisfy all Russian customers;
- Transform all those strategies in digital actions, in an Omni-channels logic to conquer the market; Adapt online commercial policy to fit with sport commercial policy;
- Creating an assortment matrix for online;
- Animation of the offer visibility online and web merchandising (filters, menus, categories, boutiques…), CRM for your sport and alignment with Marketplaces.
- KPI: Growth of TO (%); Growth of share Digital business; Traffic; Margin Online.
Qualifications:
- Higher education;
- Additional education in the field of digital will be a plus;
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing;
- Love for sports;
- English - upper-intermediate.
