Digital strategy – role and vision of digital function across the organization in mid-term period; validation of this strategy in front of top management; Digital projects management (key directions – marketing, sales force effectiveness, patient support programs and others); Demand-management; business partnering to all BUs on defining digital projects’ needs, objectives and channels; Overall multichannel marketing consultancy/advisory to marketing teams, ensuring knowledge & expertise of Global marketing excellence practices and deep understanding of local marketing landscape; Digital processes and procedures in collaboration with all support functions; creation of local digital SOPs; Digital education inside the company; providing regular digital knowledge sessions to improve the digital maturity to self-practitioners level; Digital innovations management; creation of framework for digital innovations inside the company; Collaboration with Global to share experience and to position Russian digital operations on a proper level; Digital vendors management; creation of quality evaluation criteria and its regular monitoring; Team management and employee development; Control of digital KPIs execution on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
