Обязанности:
Financial Planning Analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
• Consolidate financial plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Performance Management
• Analyze financial results (PL, revenue, costs) and explain key drivers of variances
• Monitor performance against AOP and latest forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities
Business Partnering
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations)
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights to support decision-making
Financial Modeling Analytics
• Develop models to assess investments, pricing, and cost optimization opportunities
• Perform trend analysis (profitability, working capital, cost drivers)
Reporting Insights
• Prepare regular management reports and executive summaries
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Process Systems Improvement
• Support financial systems and reporting tools
• Drive improvements in financial processes, data accuracy, and governance
Требования к опыту:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in FPA, controlling, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.)
• Understanding of multinational business environment
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
