Digital marketing manager (travel, premium)\Диджитал-маркетинг менеджер
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the international Marketing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong digital expertise who wants to grow in an international, multicultural environment and contribute to the development of a premium lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities:
· Planning and implementing 360-degree marketing activities in line with global brand strategy and Russian market priorities.
· Developing the company brand image as a premium lifestyle destination and ensuring consistent brand identity across all local B2C and B2B materials.
· Creating and defining marketing plans, promotional offers, new services, and product launches.
· Achieving channel targets and KPIs, evaluating completed projects, and analyzing the competitive environment, search trends, and market share.
· Identifying new opportunities to increase brand visibility, qualified traffic, and sales through marketing activities in Russia.
· Coordinating online and offline marketing activities, digital and performance agencies, PR/media/event partners, and day-to-day communication with local and global office teams.
· Forecasting, planning, and managing the marketing budget in Russia, maintaining documentation, and working closely with accounting and finance teams.
Reporting line: Head of Marketing / Country Director.
Candidate profile:
· Education: University degree or higher professional education; digital marketing qualifications are a plus.
· Job experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing, ideally with exposure to premium consumer brands, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or services.
· Proven experience in successfully implementing 360-degree projects and managing projects, teams, agencies, and external suppliers.
· Understanding of the principles of promoting consumer brands in the premium segment, with a strong ability to adapt global guidelines to local market needs.
Required skills:
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing tools and methods, including digital acquisition, SEO, SEA, performance media, lead generation, CRM, content marketing, e-commerce, local media, PR, events, and partnership activations.
· Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity, problem solving, attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment.
· Technical skills: Proficiency in Power BI or other sales analytics tools; understanding of digital analytics tools such as Yandex Metrica and GA4; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
· Languages: English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above; C1-C2 level is preferred.
· Behavior: Proactive, resilient, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset, strong ownership, high standards, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
