Обязанности:
-• Develop local marketing plans in accordance with Company global marketing strategy. Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking and monitoring of Marketing Plans by employing marketing skills. Market Awareness: Maintain focus on and consistently triangulate market dynamics, constituents’ needs, and business priorities to determine best, market-advantaged course of action.
• Monitor and control expenditure and achieve objectives according to pre-agreed budgets.
• Create and publish marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
• Formulate and adjust business plans and actions to achieve business objectives and goals, including financial, constituents and market results. Grow and gain share and penetration. Take and recommend appropriate strategic decisions and actions for the best interest of CSL, business unit and brand at the varying life cycle stages.
· Develop key messages and ensure they are effectively communicated to customers through scientific and commercial channels.
• Support the sales force by developing high quality, customer-focused communication materials aligned with the brand strategy.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and take appropriate action.
• Build and maintain external relationships with partners, physicians and customers based on a high level of disease knowledge and scientific credibility.
• Collaborate with and support Commercial and Medical Departments.
• Manage promotional activity within the AIPM Code of Practice.
• Support and enforce Company duty of care obligations with regards to pharmacovigilance and medical information.
Требования к опыту:
University-level education in Science and / or Economics
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational pharmaceutical marketing role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both in oral and written communications.
• A track record of successful pharmaceutical RX brand building.
• Experience in all aspects of strategic and operational marketing including leading effective implementation.
• Experience in interacting with the local medical community at the highest level.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office applications.
• Experience in P&L brand management;
• Demonstrate high proficiency of the whole and the component parts of the Marketing skills framework: Strategy, Forecasting, Insights, Segmentation, Positioning, Value Proposition, Business Model Innovation, Creative Development, and Investment Optimization;
• Communication skills, Risk management skills, Analytical mindset, Adaptability, Ability to work in a multitasking environment and under strict deadlines.
