Head of controlling
Direct supervisor: Finance Director. Direct reports: 3 reporters
Responsibilities:
· Lead and coach high performance team of 3 focused on generating the business result and business partnering
· Co-ordinate and consolidate business plan and revised estimates preparation, assure their
· completeness and availability in planning/reporting systems (Hyperion, BI) in due time
· Co-ordinate and prepare monthly/annual reporting in accordance with corporate accounting policy, assure its completeness and availability in planning/reporting systems (Hyperion, BI) in due time
· Oversee budgeting and the implementations of budgets so as to monitor progress and present
· Support resources allocation process
· Sparring partner for Commercial and Insights team, Net revenue management support.
· Responsible to develop an efficient and effective environment which allows measurement of costs/benefits of the activities performed and their correspondence to plans.
· Responsible for developing and preparing all required reports and analysis for the local management in order to support them in steering the business.
· Alignment with HQ in implementing worldwide standards, best practices, policies and initiatives.
Key Skills required :
· Knowledge of International Accounting Standards, local accounting and tax principles.
· Proven track record in FP&A, controlling and reporting.
· Good analytical understanding of Financial and operational information, see business behind the figures.
· Value chain management tool is a plus
· IT savvy (BI, OLAP).
· Good understanding of local laws (Trade law) and business practices.
· Exposure to Hyperion a plus.
· Experience in food FMCG multinational company is a plus.
· Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
· Ability to work effectively with people across cultures, functions and levels.
· Good SAP knowledge is a must.
· Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
· Good working knowledge of English, spoken and written is a must.
· ACCA/CIMA in process is a plus (paper related reporting and efficiency).
