
Senior Finance Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- The Senior FBP interacts with all the Country-based functions, along with PBU Senior Management and Directors, as well as regional stakeholders, using a combination of analytical skill, good communication and leadership capabilities in order to support all aspects critical in delivering plan with acurate information.
- Manage & coordinate developing/maintaining 18 months rolling forecast, with budget and 5-year business plan of the company in close coordination with all departments (both Mant&Legal where applicable).
- Interact & give direction to business leaders& key stakeholders based on financial analysis of estimates/actuals.
- Lead&coach the team (where applicable) in business partnering.
- Review and consolidate on-going variance & performance analysis provide greater insight into the business.
- Lead detailed SAG controlling, follow-ups and create SAG awareness on Management level.
- Conduct Ad-hoc profitability and other analytics/studies/financial modelling as in line with business needs.
- Identify variable cost savings or revenue enhancing opportunities to achieve company targets.
- Ensure preparation 18-month rolling estimates: align with local Excom & ensure complete submission to Region.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as Finance analyst or FBP (big 4 experience is a plus).
- Higher education in Economics or Finance/Accounting & ACCA in progress.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Excellent PC user, knowledge of SAP.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, attentive to details.
- Fluent English.
