ANCOR Has Been Awarded First Place in The "Business Services" Category of the Prestigious Ranking for Top Employers in Russia
HeadHunter has published its annual report "Russian Employers Rating 2023". ANCOR was ranked first among large companies in the Business Services category.
ANCOR was among the top 50 companies according to the results of the survey in 2021 and in 2022. In 2023, company made a leap and entered the top 20 best employers, ranking 14th overall.
This time, 2,266 companies participated in the research, of which 1,497 made it to the finals. Every year the scale of the study grows: in 2022, 1,082 finalists were represented in the rating, in 2021 - 783 companies.
Companies went through several stages of selection: an online survey among their employees, a research among job seekers and a questionnaire of HR specialists. Each participating organization included in the rating received its place in accordance with the points scored.
