Let us share with you a recent project for our client in the pharmaceutical industry:

A Western manufacturing company approached us with an urgent task - to conduct research on the position of Director of Quality. The objective was to assess the market potential for a decision to replace the current employee.

The research report was completed in 10 working days and contained a list of 41 candidates for the position of Quality Director/QA Head from 28 companies.

Data in the report contained the following basic and additional parameters: company, full name, contact information, location, structure of subordination, current income level, salary expectations at transition, willingness to relocate, as well as analytical summary and our conclusions about current trends.

The key findings served as an important source of information for making a management decision . Based on the results of the study, a search for a candidate was initiated a few months later with assistance of ANCOR - we worked on candidates from the Talent Mapping list as well as from other sources. The position was successfully filled by a candidate from ANCOR.
